.: Camera-ready Instructions

Authors of accepted papers should submit their final camera-ready papers to https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/DAMON2016 by 16 May 2016 5PM PST.

Camera-ready papers should not exceed ten pages in length, and should be formatted using the camera-ready template. Please do not add page numbers. Your submission must be an ACM compliant PDF file, and all fonts must be embedded. Detailed instructions on ACM compliant PDFs can be found at http://www.sheridanprinting.com/typedept/ACM-DL-pdf-requirements.htm.

In the copyright block on the bottom left of the first page, please keep the default ACM copyright statement unchanged:

"Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for personal or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are not made or distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies bear this notice and the full citation on the first page. Copyrights for components of this work owned by others than ACM must be honored. Abstracting with credit is permitted. To copy otherwise, or republish, to post on servers or to redistribute to lists, requires prior specific permission and/or a fee. Request permissions from permissions@acm.org."

However, please update the conference name and copyright information to the following:

DaMoN’16, June 27, 2016, San Francisco, USA
Copyright 2016 ACM 978-1-4503-3638-3/15/06 ...$15.00.

Note that the DOI given above is an example and will be different for each paper. Once authors submit their rights management forms they will receive confirmation messages that include the appropriate text and DOIs for their papers.

Authors of accepted papers should also submit a signed ACM Permission and Release Form, so that their papers can be included in the ACM SIGMOD DiSC and in the ACM Digital Library. In addition, accepted papers will be included in the informal proceedings to be distributed at the workshop, as well as made available on the workshop's website. The authors of accepted papers will be sent the ACM form with complete instructions.
